Panthers will be sellers at the deadline

Florida reporters got the chance to talk to GM Spencer before he got to work today and he had this to say to the media. "I have been getting a lot of trade proposal's for many of my guys and none of them are safe! I will move anyone on the team no matter who they are. I have been getting many trade offers for Tyler Myers and Logan Couture. I talked to both Logan and Tyler and told them that i would like them to stay here in Florida but if i get the right offer i will have to move them."

Earlier this afternoon GM Spencer had a short media conference by answering a few questions and he gave a statement. "This is my third season as GM and i have come to know many of the guys and have grown close to them. Both the players and I are getting sick of not making the playoffs. My first season here we fought for the last playoff sport in the east and got it. We came close to knocking the Boston bruins out but we got knocked out in game 7. Since then we have made some big trades in part of our rebuild and we have made some bad trades. I held this press conference today to tell the fans that we are sorry that we did not make the playoffs once again this year, but we want you guys to know that this off season we will be making a lot of changes to the team, and come fall we will be a new team and we will be a team to compete with."
