Rebuild or not?!?!?!?

The Tampa Bay Lightnings made quite a few trades before the trading deadline and GM's are wondering what's up with GM St-Pierre.  Bob McKenzie had a chance to chat for a few minutes with the Tampa Bay GM and coaching staff.

Q: GM St-Pierre, what's going on in Tampa, Rebuild or not?!?!

A:  It's been a long ride for the bolts, and can\t find a solution for the playoffs....so yes, It's rebuild this year, until something woke me up and made me realize that the playoffs are just around the corner.

Q:  You are saying "something woke you up"????

A:  Yes Bob, something woke me up.  When I walked in the changing room after another lose, I saw a few players laughing, having fun, and not even negative about another lost.

Q: So are you saying the Lightnings are still trying to make the playoffs?

A:  When you believe in your team, but the players don't, it an eye opener, and looks like "Rebuild".  I have been spending a lot of times in this SIM, and some players noticed.  So after getting a few calls from Burrows and Okposo, stating that they wanted to play for a team that have grit, intergrity and passion, It felt great in my heart. 

Q: So again, GM's are wondering, does your team still trying to make the playoffs?

A:  After a few....well a lots of double whiskey's..I have bad news for Florida and Montreal.  The Tampa Bay Lightnings players, coaches, mascot, newspaper stands vendors, waterboys, and all the fans are going all in, and for one more time. 

We are and we will make the playoffs again this year!!!!!!!!
